Enclosure: Terrestrial setup with floor space, hides, and at least 3–4 inches of substrate for shallow burrowing.
Substrate: Coconut fiber, topsoil, or a soil mix that holds some humidity.
Temperature: 72–78°F (22–26°C).
Humidity: 65–75%, with a water dish and occasional light misting.
Diet: Appropriately sized crickets, roaches, or mealworms once or twice per week; juveniles feed more often.
