At Feared to Fascinated, we take the health and safety of our animals very seriously. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Method

We only ship animals via FedEx Priority Overnight to ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible.

We only ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For example, if you place your order on Sunday, your earliest day for shipping would be the next day. If you order on Wednesday, your earliest day for shipping will be the following Monday. We will not ship any other days and this is non negotiable so please take this into consideration before you order. We have this policy in place to protect your package from getting stuck in a hub over a weekend. 

We do not ship live animals using any other service or method.

Weather & Shipping Holds

For the safety of the animal, we may delay shipping during extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or severe weather.

If a shipping hold is required, your animal will continue to be cared for until conditions are safe.

We will not ship until conditions are safe.

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) only on shipments sent with FedEx Priority Overnight.

To qualify for LAG, all claims must be reported within the following timeframes:

Local FedEx Hub Pickup: Within 2 hours of package arrival.

Home Delivery: Within 30 minutes of package being marked as delivered.


Claims must include clear pictures and/or video of the animal in its original shipping container. 

We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video to help ease and smooth the claims process.

After Arrival

Upon arrival, please offer fresh water to your animal immediately.

Once you confirm your animal has arrived alive and well, responsibility for its care transfers to you, the customer.

Please note: we have cared for your animal for weeks or longer without issues prior to shipment. We only ship out the healthiest, best-looking animals from our inventory.

Responsibility

By completing a purchase, you agree that once the animal arrives alive and in good condition, it becomes your responsibility to provide proper care and environment.

We cannot guarantee survival after arrival due to differences in individual care practices and setups.
