Live Animals
All sales of live animals are final.
Due to the sensitive nature of shipping live animals, we do not offer refunds or returns on any live animal purchases.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only under the conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy. If a valid claim is approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued, but refunds are not provided.
